How to Download Official Answer Key from NTA
Once the NTA officially releases the answer key, you can access your specific paper code (50, 60, 70, or 80) by following these steps:
- Visit the official NTA NEET portal at neet.nta.nic.in.
- Locate and click on the link titled "NEET Re-Exam 2026 Answer Key & OMR Challenge" on the homepage.
- Enter your login credentials, which include your Application Number and either your Password or Date of Birth.
- Navigate to the "View/Challenge Answer Key" section and choose your question paper code.
- Download the provisional answer key PDF and your scanned OMR response sheet for score verification.
Objection & Key Challenge Process
Students who find discrepancies in the NTA provisional answer key can file challenges online. The objection window usually remains open for 48 to 72 hours after the provisional key release.
A non-refundable processing fee of ₹200 per challenged question must be paid online. If the subject experts accept the challenge, the key will be revised, and the fee for that specific question will be refunded to the student's account. The final result is computed based on the finalized answer key.
